TATA Motors is an Indian multinational automotive company. At a time which is challenging yet exciting for this industry, TATA Motors has been cognizant of the fact that this new world has made certain attributes even more critical. They wanted to inspire their future leaders (deputy general managers across functions) to think & work like “intrapreneurs” in order to help the organization grow. Having previously partnered with Jombay for development interventions, they trusted us again to design a program relevant to this new world and to today’s managers.
Jombay designed and ran a 2-day learning sprint on “Intrapreneurship” through virtual classes and an immersive Shark Tank experience (A platform for candidates to pitch compelling start-up ideas to the top leadership). We brought in external experts and internal assessors (TATA Motors HR Head) to evaluate the innovative ideas that emerged as a result.
TATA Motors was also able to extend support to the participants who wished to bring these ideas to life. They now want to run this development intervention for other cohorts to harness this intrapreneurial energy across the organization!
