The learning modules are 360 in nature which really helps you to break the boundaries of your own thought processes. It made me look at business problems from a Business Perspective rather than an HR perspective.
The key highlights were practical examples given by eminent panelists of the HR fraternity as well as how the refresher Idev nuggets helped me retain the knowledge gained during the master classes
I really loved the mentor connect part of the session which was an eye opener personally on how to approach a professional career from a beginner point of view.
The panel discussions gave us a lot of insights along and the breakout rooms enable us to talk to people with the same background and understand their working style and build an amazing network
The 5 mindsets are so relevant to Young HR talent right now. The format in which the masterclasses were conducted - panel discussions and the workshop with GenZ friendly content was amazing. The assessment center report was extremely insightful. Also garnered practical tips from the mentoring session.
The assessments and the debrief of my test were pretty accurate and was truly an eye opener. The panel discussions also gave interesting perspectives to reflect upon.
The brilliant concept of pairing competition with certification also deserves commendation, as it kept me motivated throughout the journey, fueling the competitive side in me. It was a constant driving force that pushed me to give my best. The tidbits shared on i-dev were exceptionally captivating, with their micro content and engaging visuals. Despite busy work weeks, I found it easy to consume and appreciate the valuable insights they provided.
The assessment report, although brutally honest, served as an eye-opener for me. It shed light on areas where I have room for improvement and helped me gain a clearer understanding of my own gaps. The experience interview itself turned out to be an unexpectedly enriching experience, as it made me realize the various mindsets I have displayed and how I have grown and learned from them. This self-reflection was truly valuable.
Mentor interaction and experience interview. Mentor interaction gave an opportunity to interact with industry stewards who we usually don’t meet apart from scope of work Experience interview was a unique experience of preparing in advance and ensuring sticking to time while answering questions. A different experience than usual interviews.
Participating in HR30 Under 30 provided me with a fresh perspective on HR. It enabled me to adopt a comprehensive approach to various HR aspects, identify my strengths through 360 assessment, and contribute to the organisation's broader vision. Embracing five mindsets helped me think differently. The panelists provided valuable insights, and it was an enriching experience to speak with a coach for the first time.
