Competency-wise Insights

A distribution based on the Assessment rating scale to show readiness of the population. Areas of Strength and Development are identified along with behavioral insights and high level trends contextualised to suit the nature of the population.

Behavioral Insights

A readiness chart with a deep-dive based on the competencies assessed. Granular insights are provided to better understand the behavioral trends of the population according to the previously identified Areas of Strength and Development.

A Development Pathfinder (development prioritization matrix) is charted out taking into account the Time taken to show a behavioral shift for a particular competency AND the Gap shown by the population in terms of distribution. This allows the organization to understand certain behaviors/competencies that could be prioritized over the others for immediate or long-term impact.

Charts depicting the scoring trends for each of the diagnostic tools used in the Assessment Center. Here we can take a closer look at the “Why” of the population’s scoring tendency.

Industry Lens

Industry Lens

Provides insight into comparison with different industry sectors. This is enabled through the Jombay BIPOC framework - Business, Individual, People, Operations and Customer clusters. Lag/lead values are provided based on the organization and industry distribution for these clusters.

A detailed bird’s eye view of the Assessment Center conducted that highlights the participant’s performance across certain behaviors measured. Take a glance at insights that capture behavioral indicators exhibited by the participant in a consolidated format.
