Our assessment center reports give insights at an individual, cohort, and company level. Reporting options include a view of an assessment taker's overall readiness, as well as a snapshot of competency scores and underlying behavior scores.

27 Echo Personality Report
Standalone Report for the 27 ECHO Personality Assessment. Typically used for assessments run for middle managers & senior leaders. It gives employers a robust foundation for interviews and feedback sessions, and productive conversations.
27 Forte Personality Report
Standalone Report for the 27 FORTE Personality Assessment. Typically used for assessments run for Individual Contributors, Junior Managers & Middle Managers. It offers an in-depth understanding of what drives people, and provides insights into role suitability and employee development strategy.
Junior Level Development Report
Integrated report of the Abstract Assessment, Critical Thinking Assessment and 27 FORTE Personality Assessment. Typically used in development centers run for Individual Contributors or First Time Managers.

Multi Rater Assessment Reports
Provides detailed comparative insights between how candidates perceive themselves and how they are perceived by key stakeholders on key competencies. Enabling the mapping on positive and negative perception gaps, providing inputs for performance and impression management.
Group Insights
Competency-wise Insights
A distribution based on the Assessment rating scale to show readiness of the population. Areas of Strength and Development are identified along with behavioral insights and high level trends contextualised to suit the nature of the population.
Behavioral Insights
A readiness chart with a deep-dive based on the competencies assessed. Granular insights are provided to better understand the behavioral trends of the population according to the previously identified Areas of Strength and Development.
Developmental Insights
A Development Pathfinder (development prioritization matrix) is charted out taking into account the Time taken to show a behavioral shift for a particular competency AND the Gap shown by the population in terms of distribution. This allows the organization to understand certain behaviors/competencies that could be prioritized over the others for immediate or long-term impact.
Tool Insights
Charts depicting the scoring trends for each of the diagnostic tools used in the Assessment Center. Here we can take a closer look at the "Why" of the population's scoring tendency.
Industry Lens
Provides insight into comparison with different industry sectors. This is enabled through the Jombay BIPOC framework - Business, Individual, People, Operations and Customer clusters. Lag/lead values are provided based on the organization and industry distribution for these clusters.
Pen Picture
A detailed bird's eye view of the Assessment Center conducted that highlights the participant’s performance across certain behaviors measured. Take a glance at insights that capture behavioral indicators exhibited by the participant in a consolidated format.
Toolwise Evidences
Our Tool-wise evidence sections displayed in the reports, allow one to deep dive into each tool deployed in the assessment center, and examine specific courses of action selected by participants that contributed to their overall behavior score.
