Standalone Report for the 27 FORTE Personality Assessment. Typically used for assessments run for Individual Contributors, Junior Managers & Middle Managers. It offers an in-depth understanding of what drives people, and provides insights into role suitability and employee development strategy.
Provides detailed comparative insights between how candidates perceive themselves and how they are perceived by key stakeholders on key competencies. Enabling the mapping on positive and negative perception gaps, providing inputs for performance and impression management.
A Development Pathfinder (development prioritization matrix) is charted out taking into account the Time taken to show a behavioral shift for a particular competency AND the Gap shown by the population in terms of distribution. This allows the organization to understand certain behaviors/competencies that could be prioritized over the others for immediate or long-term impact.
Our Tool-wise evidence sections displayed in the reports, allow one to deep dive into each tool deployed in the assessment center, and examine specific courses of action selected by participants that contributed to their overall behavior score. Thus, providing a transparent picture into their experience.
