Jombay’s Development Programs are powered by iDev, our Digital Learning Platform. The platform enables a sustainable and measurable learning journey.  It engages the learners and their managers through interesting bite-sized activities, case studies, and challenges through a 3-6 month journey. Jombay takes a journey-based approach to learning & leadership development programs. It provides an on-the-go learning experience that is embedded in the work routine.
