VILTs

Our Virtual Instructor Led Trainings use “virtual” to advantage to make sure that sessions are engaging and interactive. These virtual sessions are led by one of our empanelled facilitators (specializing across sectors, topics and leadership levels) 

Digital Learning Platform (iDev)

The platform enables a sustainable and measurable learning journey. It engages the learners and their managers through interesting bite-sized activities, case studies, and challenges through a 3-6 month journey.

Action Learning

This enables learners to “practice learning” and apply it through Case Studies / Role Play / Project based Group Connect sessions for Skill Practice & Learning Application

Coaching & Mentoring

Coaching & Mentoring is a great way to strengthen and validate learning. Could include monthly touchpoints with the manager / mentor to share learning and seek feedback as well as a series of coaching sessions from external coaches
