Action Learning

This enables learners to “practice learning” and apply it through Case Studies / Role Play / Project based Group Connect sessions for Skill Practice & Learning Application

Coaching & Mentoring

Coaching and mentoring are powerful tools to reinforce and apply learning effectively. This includes periodic touchpoints with managers/ mentors/ coaches for feedback, reflection, and next steps. Additionally, our multi-format group coaching sessions foster peer learning, collaboration, and shared growth experiences.
