GSK is a multinational pharma company. As they drive growth in emerging markets across the globe, capability building has become a key cornerstone of their talent practices. In line with business objectives, GSK wanted to ensure a strong internal talent pipeline and development of their Front Line and Second Line Sales Leaders.

Jombay is deploying a Hybrid Assessment Center for these GSK sales leaders in Turkey, Argentina,  Thailand and a few other countries. Here are some ways in which we are ensuring alignment with global organizational talent practices at GSK:

  • Org Specific Competencies. We designed the assessment center experience mapped to GSK’s global org competencies.
  • Parity in Assessment Tool Experience. We deployed a mix of tools which were uniform globally (with local language adaptations wherever necessary) . These included a Simulation, Case Study, Behavioral Event Interview, and a Scientific Landscape Interview.
  • Benchmarked Insights. Jombay will deliver Individual reports and a National level emerging market report to aid in charting next steps useful to the capability building program.
