Pernod Ricard (a global leader in wine and spirits) recognized the pivotal role first-time managers play and the importance of developing their skills to effectively shape the future of their organization.

That’s where Jombay came in. We partnered with Pernod Ricard to build a 3 month long development program, dedicated to empowering their first-time managers (FTMs) with the skills and mindset necessary to thrive in their new roles.

Here’s how we did it: 

> Pre Connect: (to prepare and align the team.)

> Focus on relevant and critical themes (such as developing a Managing Self, Managing People, Managing Performance and Managing Business.)

> Journey-based Development Program (with in-person and virtual Master Classes, Self-paced Digital Learning, & Group Connects.)

Through a blend of immersive training sessions, personalized development modules, and ongoing support, we equipped Pernod Ricard’s FTMs with the essential skills and competencies needed to excel in their roles. An NPS of 10 received from participants is a true testament to the program’s impact and relevance!
