Is “Women Leadership” really different from plain old “Leadership”. I myself battled to argue that it isn’t 🙂 Yet, after decades in the corporate world, I know that we still live in a mixed era where men and women alike are blindsided by age-old barriers, biases & stereotypes. I know that the challenges to women in leadership roles and the skills they need to build to overcome these are unique.
To cater to this uniqueness, Jombay runs a WOMEN LEADERSHIP PROGRAM to empower today’s women leaders with the ability to hone their leadership potential and draw their career paths towards newer frontiers. Here are some details of this 16 week program:
