1> “SALES FUTURE PROGRAM” at GSK Mexico
GSK is a multinational pharma company. Their Mexico office wanted to
> Identify development needs to enable promotions and career pathing of their sales team.
> Retain a “human element” in the assessment process by involving internal assessors.
> Make sure the tools and reports are available in the local language (Spanish).
To achieve this, Jombay deployed a Hybrid Assessment Center with a mix of auto scored and assessor scored tools including a 180 Degree Feedback, Situational Judgment Test, Inbox (Day in Life) Simulation, Leadership Challenges Series and a Behavioral Event Interview (led by GSK’s internal assessors).
We ran this at 2 experience levels to measure competencies such as Leading Performance, Managerial & Coaching Effectiveness.
An Integrated VAC and 180 Degree Survey Report for individuals and a Stack Rank and Exercise Summary report for the cohorts was able to close the loop.
Interestingly, the content was hosted in Spanish and the report used a mix of Spanish and English content!

2> “STAR PROGRAM” for HIGH POTENTIAL IDENTIFICATION at TATA Consulting Engineers
Tata Consulting Engineers (TCE) is India’s Leading Integrated Engineering Consultancy. TCE wanted to identify High Potential Middle Managers and chart out their career development path as part of a “Strategic Talent Advancement & Readiness (STAR) Program”.
Jombay ran a Virtual Assessment Center for middle level managers across functions. This was conducted in 2 sequential phases. A mix of online behavioral assessments and business simulations ensured that the experience was scientifically accurate, immersive and engaging!
The first phase included assessment tools such as a Critical Thinking Assessment and Aptitude Test. Participants who were shortlisted in this round move to phase 2, where we deployed a mix of 27 ECHO Personality Assessment, Case Study, Situational Judgment Test and an Inbox (Day in Life) Simulation.
Individual VAC Reports, a Stack Rank and an Exercise Summary Report helped the client derive insights from this exercise.
3> IDENTIFYING MANAGEMENT POTENTIAL TALENT at Integrace
Integrace is a therapy focused healthcare company. Integrace wanted to identify the potential talent among Junior & Middle Managers. Jombay deployed an in-depth Hybrid Assessment Center.
We conducted this Hybrid ADC virtually, with a combination of automated and assessor led tools on Jombay’s Assessment Center technology platform. These included a Critical Thinking Assessment, Leadership Challenges Series, Inbox (Day in Life) Simulation, Strategic Presentation, LDDI and a Caselet based Interview. We were able to measure competencies such as Leveraging Feedback, Drive For Results, Facilitating Change, Customer Focus, Developing Others and Continuous Learning.
Individual Reports and a Stack Rank Report was provided to help the client and the candidates to infer actionable insights from the exercise. Thrilled to get an NPS of 9 from our client partners:)
