Identifying Behaviors required for Success – We began by understanding from Sony’s internal stakeholders, what it takes for Senior Managers & Assistant Directors to succeed at their roles. We analyzed and identified critical behaviors required for success.
Custom Assessment Center – The Assessment Center was aligned to the behaviors (People, Business & Culture) that Jombay had identified as critical for success.
Experiential Assessment Experience – We deployed a mix of the PAVE Leadership Survey, Simulations & Assessor Led Interventions to ensure that the assessment experience was scientifically valid & immersive. External Assessors were involved to include a personalized element through interventions like a Role Play / Behavioral Event Interview.
Informed Decision Making – An Exercise Summary Report highlighted the potential of the participants on next-level readiness. Insights were also able to identify areas of development for participants.
