“A good manager is no longer JUST a manager”

Today’s manager manages a workforce that is more empowered and better equipped but also in need of more direction. Throw into it a constantly changing work environment and we find that a manager can no longer be “just” a manager 🙂

The role of a manager has evolved beyond being someone who only manages tasks & resources. Managers are now being called on to guide, to develop, to coach! We require managers who are skilled in listening, empathizing and coaching.

Jombay runs a “Manager as Coach” program to empower today’s managers with the Mindset, Skillset & Toolset needed to make a transition from being a manager of tasks to a coach who guides & develops the team. In it, we are able to facilitate intensive skill practice to enable transfer of learning. Here are some details of the 6 month long MANAGER AS COACH Development Program:
