Here are some highlights of 2020 where we were able to use our development journey model to effectively solve the client’s talent development challenges.

  • Talent Development for Managers at Bayer AG Bayer AG is one of the largest pharmaceutical and crop science companies in the world. In the wake of pandemic-led transformations to the organization wherein the organization is set to become a digital enterprise, they chose their Assistant Business Managers (ABMs), Campaign Activation Managers (CAM) and Territory Business Managers (TBMs) for a focused development program. The L&D department of Bayer partnered with Jombay to conduct development programs on themes such as Productivity Through Agility and Selling Skills for their TBMs, and Business Mindset, Digital Mindset, & Leading with Influence for the ABMs/CAMs. The 4-5 months journey consisted of bite-sized activities & caselets on Jombay’s digital learning app, virtual masterclasses on the competencies and peer discussions. The journey concluded with an avg. completion rate of 85% across the 2 cohorts.
  • Leadership Development for Mid Managers at Kalpataru Power Transmission Kalpataru Power Transmission Limited (KPTL) is amongst the largest players in global power transmission and infrastructure. For the last year, KPTL’s focus has been to implement a sustainable & measurable development journey for future leaders. To align to this focus, the L&D department of the organization partnered with Jombay to conduct an integrated development journey for mid managers.The competencies identified for development included Personal Leadership, People Leadership & Strategic Leadership spread over 9 months (3 months for each competency). The journey consists of bite-sized activities & caselets on Jombay’s digital learning app, virtual masterclasses, action learning projects and peer discussions. The journey is being run with an avg. completion rate of 80% followed by a presentation of learning from participants at the end of each 3-months module.
  • “Cardinal Leadership Program” at SoftwareONE SoftwareONE and Jombay have introduced a 6-month long program for 52 Team Leaders to enable them to lead with their head and lead with their heart. We identified competencies such as Own the strategy, Drive for Results, Inspiring through Culture and Building High Performance teams to focus on. The 6-month journey consisted of bite-sized activities & caselets on Jombay’s digital learning app, virtual masterclasses, and peer discussions. The journey concluded with an adoption rate of > 98% and engagement of 77%.
