In continuation of highlights of 2020, I would like to present interesting cases of the Leadership Development interventions that we conducted.
- Kotak Mahindra Bank – Partnered with Jombay to run a program for their 500+ managers on how to lead in the new normal & engage teams, customers & stakeholders effectively in a virtual format. We deployed a 2month program with a series of VILTs along with digital learning on Jombay’s iDev App & facilitated peer conversations on a closed WhatsApp group. It’s been running for multiple batches simultaneously, with an overall completion rate of avg. 70%.
- Sun Life ASCI – It’s the global services center of their parent entity in the US – Sun Life Financials. The organization is set to become a digital enterprise in 2021. The leaders are required to think more strategically & drive strategy in their teams, embrace & lead change, & foster collaboration within teams. We ran a series of VILTs on Strategic Leadership, Change Leadership, & Collaboration covering 120 leaders. The overall feedback for the sessions was 4.4 /5.
