  • Murphy USA – Here the client wanted to use the assessment centers for selection. ManageFirst, LeadFirst Simulation, Case Study and Critical Thinking Assessment were used.
  • RPG Group – A virtual development centre was conducted for existing employees across two levels and six group companies on the group competency framework. The assessment matrix included a mix of a Personality instrument, Situational Judgement inventory, Cognitive Assessments, and Simulations. Individual reports and company-specific analytics were also generated for the client.
  • CGI – A large scale multi-rater Feedback Survey (for more than 700 managers) was deployed to understand the managerial effectiveness and to further enhance the value-based culture at CGI. The exercise was completed in record time of less than 15 days with greater than 90% completion rates.
