Devyani International is the largest franchisee of Yum Brands in India and is among the largest operators of quick service restaurants chains, managing restaurants such as KFC, Pizza Hut, Costa Coffee etc. To keep pace with their tremendous growth, they wanted to invest in understanding the strengths and development areas of their senior managers.

Jombay deployed a 360 degree feedback survey for 56 Senior Leaders across functions. Here are some details:

> Org Specific Competencies – We designed the 360 Degree Feedback on competencies relevant to Devyani International’s context. This gave the organization a view of bespoke competencies such as Leading Team for Results, Result Orientation, Analytical thinking .& Judgement, Collaborating & Influence, Communicates Effectively,  Adapt & Learn.

> Custom Survey Questions – In line with the contextualized competency model the survey questions too were custom-built to ensure relevance to the role and the organization.

> Holistic Feedback – To keep the feedback as unbiased and objective as possible, the feedback was sought from managers, peers and junior team members.

> Perception Gaps as Powerful FeedbackIndividual Reports & an Exercise Summary Report were able to identify areas of strength & development for participants. Critically, the reports were able to pinpoint clear perception gaps – which served as powerful feedback

> Landing Feedback Constructively – Jombay did 1:1 face to face report debriefs for the senior leaders & helped them build Individual Development Plans to make sure the feedback was well received and taken forward.
