Nurturing Future Talent at ABinBev

ABinBev is the world’s largest brewer with 600 beer brands in 150 countries. In India, their GHQ runs a multi-track learning experience to build a strong talent pipeline for future managers & leaders. We recently partnered with ABinBev GHQ to nurture talent at managerial and leadership level through journey-based development programs. Here are some details :

Aspire Journey for FTMs

We ran a managerial development program to create a strong pipeline of First Time Managers across functions. Participants underwent a development journey consisting of immersive master classes and a self paced digital learning experience. We also brought in business case studies in each of the masterclasses to challenge the participants & stimulate thought provoking conversations!

The journey centered around competencies that were critical for success in the role of a first time manager, including Drive for results, Situational Leadership, Stakeholder Management, Strategic Thinking, Creative Solutioning, Business Storytelling

Pleased that we saw an NPS of 80, and had a very engaged cohort throughout, with a completion rate of 90%!

Leadership Development Program for Mid-Senior Managers

We deployed a leadership development program for mid-senior managers to build a strong pipeline of leaders at ABinBev. Participants underwent a development journey consisting of immersive master classes and a self paced digital learning experience. We also introduced action learning projects to keep the formats engaging and thought provoking. 

The journey centered around competencies that were critical for success in the role of a leader, including Leading hybrid teams, Situational leadership, Emotional intelligence, Building trust, Business storytelling, Online brand, Digital branding.
