Mahanagar Gas is an Indian natural gas distribution company. The organization wanted to focus on critical, high potential talent. Following an assessment center to identify their development areas, they wanted to groom this talent to be future leaders in the organization and provide opportunities for fast-tracked career paths.

Jombay developed an immersive Development Program “Udaan” for participants to build the high-impact behaviors necessary for success as a future leader. Here are some details:

> Custom Development Program – The program was designed on behaviors identified as necessary for success as Future Leaders at Mahanagar Gas. It also incorporated the findings of the Assessment Center & areas of development identified for the cohort as a whole. These included Nurturing Relationships, Solution Centricity and Strategic Thinking among others.

> Development Journey for the shortlisted participants. This includes Experiential Master Classes & Self-paced Digital Learning on the high-impact behaviors identified for success.

> Monthly Group Connects – These lay emphasis on assimilating and applying learning.

> Pre and Post Survey by Managers – These provide an external perspective & are able to identify and document behavior shifts in the participants.

Thrilled to see high engagement & completion levels, north of 96% and a cumulative feedback score of 4.7/5 for the Master Classes!
