After the march madness

After the ‘March Madness’ of closing the books, I got some time to breathe this week 🙂 I took a brief moment to think about the changes my personal life and the business has seen. Thought I would share some with you today 🙂

Some personal wins from the last year:

• Went back to playing tennis after a year’s hiatus.
• Brought my sugar under control, entirely through diet & lifestyle.
• Started sitting on a swiss ball at work (instead of a chair) for posture correction!
• Pre planned two REAL family vacations for this year (have never been able to do this before)!

Some professional wins from the last year:

• Jombay joined hands with MaFoi & CIEL HR family to do our IPO later this year and our marriage has started off on a good foundation 🙂
• We had our best quarter ever (across the last 5 years) & rounded off the year on a high note! “Manager as Coach”, “Leading in a Hybrid World”, “First Time Manager”, “Connecting Leader” Programs were highly popular.
• Most customers deployed our talent interventions for:
  • Creating a Talent Pipeline
  • Identifying & Developing Future-Ready Managers
  • Developing org-wide Managerial Capabilities 
• With our wildly popular HR40under40 Future HR Leader Certification (we crossed 10 million impressions on social media), we were able to impact 2X the HR leaders across India than we previously had. 
• Our newly introduced HR30under30 Young HR Leader Program is going to groom  1000 young HR leaders this year.
• We were able to conclude our research on the 1000 Women Leader Program construct – “Lead Like a Woman”. I am personally excited to start registrations for this program next week.

Through all this, we are more and more grateful every year for the generous support we receive from all our customers and the broader HR community. They are our true cheerleaders on this entrepreneurial journey! 

As always, this year has made me appreciate the creative bunch of Jombay team members who are on this ride with us, and the strong network of more than 200 empanelled Assessors, Facilitators, Coaches that we have built.
