How do you create a successful assessment development center (ADC) experience? Our experience of working with clients across industries points us to 3 things – use the right assessment tools relevant to the position and competencies to be measured (don’t be stuck to one particular tool), elevate the assessment taker experience with a single window access to all assessment tools and simulations, standardize the assessor experience to reduce errors in evaluation & report writing. Take a look at some of the assessment and development centers we powered in the last year – 

  • Integrace
    Integrace is a therapy focused healthcare company. Having started in 2018, it is also the youngest in the list of Top 100 pharma companies in India. To aid its phenomenal growth, Integrace needed to identify and develop its top talent. Jombay deployed a blended assessment development center to identify their managerial potential talent.
    The project was scoped out for 2 levels – Individual Contributors aspiring for the role of Deputy Sales Managers (Level1) and Deputy Sales Managers aiming for the role of  Zonal Sales Managers (Level 2). The Competency tool matrix included a Psychometric Assessment, ManageFirst Simulation, Critical Thinking Assessment and a Caselet based interview (Internal panel + Jombay assessor) for the first level. For the second level, the assessment matrix included SOSIE personality Assessment (from Pearson TalentLens), LeadFirst Simulation, Critical Thinking Assessment and a Leadership Deep Dive Interview (assessed by an internal panel along with a Jombay assessor).
  • Fresenius Kabi
    Fresenius Kabi is a global healthcare company that specializes in lifesaving medicines and technologies for infusion, transfusion and clinical nutrition. Fresenius Kabi was looking to achieve excellence in the way they manage, engage, reward and retain the best talent. An assessment center was conducted for 150 Managers and 50 Managers of Managers to identify their development areas.
    The solution deployed used a combination of a Psychometric Assessment, a Situational Judgement Test, a ManageFirst Simulation, and a Case Study which was hosted on our case study platform. The responses of the case study were evaluated by assessors using an assessor dashboard. Additionally, a Behavioral Event Interview was also held by the Fresenius Kabi leadership, using Jombay’s video interviewing platform.
  • Nthrive
    Nthrive is a revenue cycle management company focused on aiding health care providers with Patient-to-Payment health. Jombay has been working with Nthrive for multiple projects over the last few years.
    For this particular exercise, nThrive wanted to identify high potentials within the various groups in their organization for next-level readiness. The objective was to find a solution that was standardized, scientific and objective in nature and able to capture feedback from relevant stakeholders in a quantifiable manner. We deployed an Assessment Center using a Psychometric Assessment, a Situational Judgement Test, an Abstract Thinking Assessment, and a Group Activity.
  • Perfetti Van Melle (PVM)
    PVM is one of the world’s largest manufacturers and distributors of confectionery and chewing gum. Having worked with PVM for many years, this time the goal here was to identify development areas for a global audience of senior leaders (based in Russia, Singapore, Netherlands & China to name a few).
    Jombay enabled assessments for 2 interventions- Early Career Potentials and High Potentials. A mix of a Psychometric Assessment, Abstract Thinking Assessment, InBasket Edge Simulation, Case Study, Critical Thinking Assessment and a Leadership Simulation were deployed.
