The “Lead Like a Woman” construct forms the basis of the conversations in this virtual conference AND forms the basis of the curriculum for the 1000 Women Leaders Program (the largest development program in India for mid-career women with 8-15 and 16-22 years of experience).

Too often, women are told that somehow “leading like a woman” is not good enough. That the more feminine leadership attributes are not enough for success.
