It is the learning and its implementation that is at the core of HR40under40. The journey is unlike a 2-day program which you may forget in a few months.
It for me has been a journey of self -discovery & co-learning. The virtual assessments were state of the art, impactful & interesting.
The key highlights were practical examples given by eminent panelists of the HR fraternity as well as how the refresher Idev nuggets helped me retain the knowledge gained during the master classes
The assessments and the debrief of my test were pretty accurate and was truly an eye opener. The panel discussions also gave interesting perspectives to reflect upon.
