Building Managerial Acumen at AADHAR HOUSING FINANCE

Aadhar Housing Finance is one of the largest affordable housing finance companies in India, servicing the low income sections of the society. Established in 2010, the company has now grown to 350+ branches across the country. To keep pace with this growth, they wanted to enable their Branch Managers to be better leaders within their branches. This was also the first time a focussed managerial development initiative was being implemented.

Jombay designed and ran a 4 month long Development Program – “Prahar” for these Branch Managers, focussed on key aspects like Managing Self, Managing People and Managing Business. Here are some details of the journey we deployed:

  • Series of 6 facilitator-led Master Classes. These focussed on competencies such as Self Awareness, Result Orientation, Business Acumen, Team Building, Coaching & Mentoring, Communication, Conflict Management etc. Some of these Master Classes were held virtually, and some in person. Participants found the learning journey meaningful and the learning content relevant to their work environment. We received an industry high feedback of more than 4.6/5 for these sessions!
  • Digital Learning on Jombay’s iDev Plus app was used to complement the learning in the Master Classes. Here we saw high engagement and completion!
