This program is designed to address the challenges of a manager making the shift from being to being a middle manager. In many ways, a middle manager “connects” junior managers to senior leaders. This program factors in elements of working in a virtual/hybrid setting. The program design accommodates the development needs of a soon-to-be middle manager as well those of a manager who’s already been managing a team.
