> Mapped to Zetwerk’s managerial competencies – Participants were assessed on four critical competencies: Leadership for Performance, Enabling Execution & Result Agility, and Propelling Partnerships.

> Deployed a multi-layered, immersive assessment – A combination of personality assessments, Leadership Challenge Series, and assessor-led Behavioral Event Interviews created an experience that was both grounded and high-impact.

> Built the foundation for growth – The participants were equipped with a clear view of where they stood and which development areas to focus on. These insights became the foundation for ongoing development check-ins, allowing progress to be tracked meaningfully over time.

The result?

Zetwerk’s middle managers walked away with a deeper understanding of themselves, and the organization now has clearer visibility into its leadership pipeline & succession planning. The experience earned a strong Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 9, reflecting its value and effectiveness.
