Varroc Engineering: Varroc is the 2nd largest 2-wheeler & 3-wheeler automotive component supplier in India and the 6th largest global exterior auto lighting suppliers. For their mid-senior leaders, Jombay ran a development journey on Varroc’s key competencies.
Jombay delivered collaborative, online learning labs along with continuous learning & reinforcement on its iDev plus app. The program concluded with an overall completion score of 94% on the digital learning platform and received a 98% positive score for its content. About 86% of the participants confirmed that they found the program content relevant to their learning needs and could apply the learning on their job.
