Sapphire Foods (Pizza Hut, KFC): Sapphire Foods is one of the largest franchisees of Yum! Brands Inc. in the subcontinent, operating more than 400 KFC, Pizza Hut and Taco Bell restaurants. For its India entity, Jombay deployed a 9-month development journey for area managers.
The journey was a blend of power-packed virtual masterclasses, digital learning on Jombay’s iDev plus app covering activities, caselets, quizzes and peer learning on whatsapp. The overall engagement rate was 90% & above. The journey’s special highlight were the virtual masterclasses on People Leadership which were completely customized to suit the organization’s context in the post-Covid world. These masterclasses received an industry high participant feedback of 4.8 / 5.
