TATA Play (an Indian subscription-based satellite television service provider) wanted 250 of their Individual Contributors and Junior Managers to be future-ready. They partnered with Jombay to help these team members develop a better understanding of their capabilities & areas of development - which in turn fuelled their growth.

Here's what we did:

> Focused on Tata Play’s core competencies - We curated the Development Center on key behaviors required for success as Tata Play. This included competencies like Puts Customer First, Delivers Result, Grows Partnerships, Change With Agility and Think Digital.

> Integrated Assessment Experience - Participants were evaluated through personality, behavioral, and cognitive lenses, providing a comprehensive and holistic perspective on their critical thinking, leadership approach, and overall potential.

> Informed Decision Making - Detailed individual reports, competency-based scores, and exercise summaries provided actionable insights, identifying specific development areas for each of the participants.

The Result?

TATA Play gained crucial insights into their people's improvement areas, using this knowledge to shape a targeted and impactful development journey to make them ‘future ready’. An astounding NPS of 9 and completion rate of 96% attests to the success of this development center!
