I wanted to bring you some more highlights of the Assessment & Development centers we ran in this last year. Here are 3 clients for whom we conducted such ADCs virtually, with a combination of automated and assessor led tools on Jombay’s Assessment Center technology platform.
- Marico: Marico is one of the leading consumer goods companies in the country. As part of their annual intervention, they wanted to conduct a development center across 2 levels, to give an opportunity to the participants to understand their development areas and create a development plan. Jombay deployed a blended assessment development center to aid this objective.
The project was scoped out for 2 levels: those making a leap from Junior Manager 2 to 3 and those going from the Junior Manager 3 to Manager role. The Competency tool matrix included a Psychometric Assessment, Situational Judgement Test, Critical Thinking Assessment & ManageFirst Simulation (FMCG version) for the participants in the first category. And a Psychometric Assessment, Situational Judgement Test, Critical Thinking Assessment, LeadFirst Simulation & Behavioral Event Interview (on Jombay’s Video Interview Platform) for the participants in the second category.
Jombay closed the loop with individual reports, stack ranking reports, group analytics reports, and 1:1 debriefs & IDP creation for the JM3-Manager cohort.
- Bioseed: Bioseed is a biotechnology company with expertise in R&D, field and lab testing, data review, production, farm management and farmer interaction. The client was looking to conduct an assessment center for their internal talent at L2 and L3 levels.
Jombay ran a Blended Assessment Center, with a combination of a Psychometric Assessment, Critical Thinking Assessment, LeadFirst Simulation & Behavioral Event Interview for the L2 level, and a Psychometric Assessment, LeadNxt Simulation, Roleplay & Behavioral Event Interview for the L3 level,
The psychometric assessment was uniquely configured in both English and Hindi versions for this cohort! At the end of the exercise, Individual reports, a Stack ranking report, a Group Analytics report, 1:1 debriefs & IDP creation were put together for the client.
- Bitwise: Bitwise works in Technology Consulting and Data Management Services. The client wanted to develop and groom project managers and key delivery managers as leaders for the future. As a first part of this exercise, Jombay conducted an assessment center, with Psychometric Assessment, Situational Judgement Test & Behavioral Event Interview (on Jombay’s video interview platform) for the participants.
Individual reports, a Stack ranking report, a Group Analytics report, and a group debrief session was conducted by Jombay, to furnish the necessary feedback and analytics to the client.
