Jombay’s Abstract Thinking Assessment measures an individual’s ability to perceive and think clearly, take decisions with incomplete information, and formulate new concepts when faced with novel information. This assessment is based on different facets of cognition that are highly correlated to fluid intelligence theories. This assessment is pictorial in nature and requires minimum verbal proficiency, thus making it culture-fair.

Jombay’s Critical Thinking Assessment is a cognitive assessment designed to measure critical thinking ability and to predict performance in fast-paced roles requiring higher-level thinking, analysis and decision making. Critical thinking refers to a higher order cognitive process that involves organizing information, structured reasoning, consideration of evidence, identification of assumptions evaluation of arguments, and the communication of conclusions. Two levels of this assessment are available based on target audience.
