“Power isn’t given to you, you have to take it.”
We don’t lose power in school – girls are often outpacing boys. We don’t lose power when we start working – men and women enter the workforce at almost a 50:50 ratio. Yet somehow, as women progress to middle and senior management positions in the workforce, we lose this power bit by bit.
To help women take back some of this power between middle management and the executive level, we recently ran a Women Leadership Program for the dynamic and driven women professionals at UKG. And what an honor to be a thought-partner with team UKG! They went on to win a special jury award for Excellence in Diversity and Inclusion at the SHRM India Annual Conference & Expo 2022.
