Edelweiss Group’s treasury arm has employed some of the best talent from Tier 1/2 institutes across roles that include trading, risk & analytics, operations and technology. These professionals have grown with the organisation organically to play roles at senior levels. The organization wanted to bring in a methodical approach to enable career development and growth of this talent pool.
Jombay partnered with the HR & L&D team to build a framework for development of career plans and conducting career conversations within the organization. The framework equipped participants with a unique mix of mindset, skillset and toolset to conduct career conversations. The participants underwent a series of 4 virtual masterclasses to onboard themselves with the framework and practice conducting career conversations. The program received an overall rating of 4.5/5 for the efficacy and relevance of content and facilitation.
