𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗩𝗶𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 𝗮𝘁 𝗛𝗗𝗙𝗖 𝗕𝗮𝗻𝗸: Organizations have been challenged with managing remote teams in 2020. HDFC Bank has been tackling this by rolling out a large scale program for managers across functions & seniority levels to learn how to be an effective people leader in a virtual working environment. The 2-month program for 1000 managers includes a series of 4 virtual sessions, interspersed with self-directed digital learning & peer learning. The virtual classes are designed to be interactive & insightful, whereas digital learning & peer learning have been helping the participants to acquire additional perspectives & apply them on the job. The learnings from the program have become a talking point within the organization, encouraging them to cover another 4000 managers under the program.
