𝗣𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 𝗮𝘁 𝗧𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗠𝗼𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀: Tata Motors Academy and Jombay have introduced a 10-month long program for 2400 People Managers on honing essential attributes that are required to be an effective people manager. These attributes include Purpose, Agility, Empathy, Resilience, Pragmatic Orientation, Frugal Mindset, Digital Dexterity, Collaboration, Influencing, & Remote Leadership among others.
𝗪𝗮𝗹𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗟𝗮𝗯𝘀: Walmart Labs is the technology arm of its global entity Walmart. For budding engineers and software developers in its India office, Jombay ran a series of virtual sessions on Putting the Customer First (both internal and external) as they build technology and Taking Ownership to liaise with various stakeholders and get the job done. This was delivered by our empanelled facilitator who’s an industry expert and understands how GICs operate.
