Work as a shadow board with their own charter defined – areas to work on/changes to bring in

Be the Reverse Mentors to the Senior Leadership Team

KYLC performs this role in addition to their existing role / job

Work on projects that are of organisation importance

Eligibility Criteria

We are looking for young Kotakites who are confident, self-starters,
aspirational towards an expedited learning path and have the
passion to make an impact.
