• Leading Virtually Program at HDFC Bank: Organizations have been challenged with managing remote teams in 2020. HDFC Bank has been tackling this by rolling out a large scale program for managers across functions & seniority levels to learn how to be an effective people leader in a virtual working environment. The 2-month program for 1000 managers includes a series of 4 virtual sessions, interspersed with self-directed digital learning & peer learning. The virtual classes are designed to be interactive & insightful, whereas digital learning & peer learning have been helping the participants to acquire additional perspectives & apply them on the job. The learnings from the program have become a talking point within the organization, encouraging them to cover another 4000 managers under the program.
  • Program for Delivery Managers at Ness Digital: Ness Digital is a global company offering digital transformation solutions. For the last year, their focus has been on delivery led growth and delivery managers are required to contribute to this. To align to this focus, the L&D department of the organization partnered with Jombay to introduce an assessment & development intervention for its delivery managers across 3 seniority levels. The competencies identified for development included Client Focus, Leading & Developing Others, Decision Making, Creative Thinking and Get Results. The 3-month journey consisted of bite-sized activities & caselets on Jombay’s digital learning app, monthly topic-wise webinars and peer discussions. The journey concluded with an avg. completion rate of 70% across 5 different cohorts.
