Highlights on our 2020s Leadership Development interventions (part 4)

• People Management Program at Tata Motors:  Tata Motors Academy and Jombay have introduced a 10-month long program for 2400 People Managers on honing essential attributes that are required to be an effective people manager. These attributes include Purpose, Agility, Empathy, Resilience, Pragmatic Orientation, Frugal Mindset, Digital Dexterity, Collaboration, Influencing, & Remote Leadership among others.
• Walmart Labs: Walmart Labs is the technology arm of its global entity Walmart. For budding engineers and software developers in its India office, Jombay ran a series of virtual sessions on Putting the Customer First (both internal and external) as they build technology and Taking Ownership to liaise with various stakeholders and get the job done. This was delivered by our empanelled facilitator who’s an industry expert and understands how GICs operate.
