Morningstar is an American financial services company. Jombay designed an end to end Development Program for their senior leaders across functions.
- Org & Role Specific Competencies – The assessment was aligned to the organizational context at Morningstar and relevant to the role of the participants. These included Leading Yourself, Leading Others, Leading the Business.
- Integrated Assessment Experience – Each leader was viewed through a personality, behavioral and cognitive lens to build a holistic picture of them. The tools included a Hogan Personality Assessment, Simulations, and Assessor led interventions (Behavioral Event Interview, Employee Role Play & a Caselets Based Discussion)
- Insightful Reporting – The assessment center results were able to highlight the readiness of the participants and used to chart next steps useful to the capability building program.
- Development Journey – This focussed, 6 month long learning journey included Master Classes and self paced digital learning on Jombay’s digital learning app( iDev). It ensured focussed transformation on the themes that were important to the organization and the individual.
