Manjushree is India’s largest rigid plastic packaging company. With a legacy of over 40 years, today it caters to top MNCs across the globe & operates nine manufacturing plants. Employee development being a top priority, Manjushree wanted to help plant managers & leaders embark on a journey of self discovery in order to define & detail their career paths.
Jombay deployed an End to End Development Program called “Propel” that facilitated career progression for Manjushree’s plant managers & leaders. Here are some details:
- Assessment Center – We configured 2 unique Assessment Centers for the 2 cohorts (for Plant Managers & Plant Leadership). Each was designed keeping in mind role and level specific competencies. The tool mix included a Personality Assessment, Case Study and an Assessor led Interview – specific to each cohort. A group exercise summary at the end of the exercise was able to outline areas of development for the participants.
- 360 Degree Feedback Exercise – This exercise was deployed for both cohorts so they could develop a comprehensive 360 degree profile based on the feedback they received. It also enabled self reflection & helped participants understand how they are perceived by others.
- Development Journey – This 3 month long journey has been designed to build future readiness & ensure focussed learning on the top development areas for both cohorts (Strategic Mindset, Drive for results, Customer Focus & Stakeholder Management). It includes Master Classes (Virtual and In-Person) and self paced digital learning on Jombay’s digital learning app( iDev). We were able to offer a bilingual approach in these sessions and have been thrilled to see the engagement levels so far!
