• FIRST TIME MANAGER PROGRAM:
  This program brings a new perspective to the challenges of a first time manager as it tackles the shift from a maker to a manager, based on the philosophy of “UBUNTU – I am because We are”. It builds the mindset of “We vs Me”, by fostering essential skills for Managing Self, People & Performance.
  
• INTERVIEWING SKILLS PROGRAM
  This program empowers hiring managers with the Mindset, Skillset & Toolset needed to prepare for, conduct and review interviews. In it, we are able to facilitate intensive skill practice to enable transfer of learning. Our Assessor led Role Plays and Recorded Interviews also allow one to add a high touch, human element for evaluation.
  
• MANAGER AS COACH PROGRAM
  This program helps today’s managers to make a transition from being a manager of tasks to a coach who guides & develops the team. It includes Pre Program Assessments, Master Classes, Self-paced Digital Learning, Group Coaching, Continuous Engagement & Post-Program Assessments.
• INTRAPRENEURSHIP PROGRAM
  This future focussed program is built to inspire future leaders to think & work like “intrapreneurs” in order to help their organizations grow. It includes a 2-day learning sprint on “Intrapreneurship” with virtual classes and an immersive Shark Tank experience (A platform for candidates to pitch compelling start-up ideas to the top leadership).
