Jombay kickstarts leadership development journeys for a wide range of customers! Here are some where our unique proposition of delivering engaging Virtual Instructor Led Sessions (VILTs) and Digital Learning stood out for me. 

DEVELOPING MANAGERS at BAYER
Bayer is one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world. We are working with Bayer’s Global Technology Center in India to implement multiple managerial development interventions.

  1. “STEP UP” DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
    This program was designed to help Campaign Activation Managers & Area Business Managers develop business acumen and digital mindset.
  2. “ACE” DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
    This development journey aimed to foster a growth mindset & learning agility for Campaign Activation Managers & Area Business Managers.
  3. “LEADING VIRTUALLY” DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
    Bayer wanted to cover aspects of leading self, teams & stakeholders in a virtual world for their People Managers.

To align to each of these, Jombay deployed a development journey with engaging VILTs and digital learning on iDev.

DEVELOPING PEOPLE MANAGERS at BI WORLDWIDE
BI Worldwide is a global engagement agency. They wanted to develop middle managers to drive accountability, collaboration and people leadership within and across teams as the organization is scaling up.

Jombay ran a development program to enable learning on these competencies. This included immersive VILTs and self directed digital learning on iDev. Our VILTs received a feedback of 4.5/5.

MANAGERIAL DEVELOPMENT at COLLINS AEROSPACE

Collins Aerospace is one of the world’s largest suppliers of aerospace and defense products. We are working with them on many managerial development programs. Here are 2 such examples, where Jombay ran a development program (including Virtual Classes and Digital Learning on iDev) and where both programs received a completion and engagement rate of >95% !

  1. “CARDINAL LEADERSHIP” PROGRAM
    This program covered competencies such as Engaging Team, Giving and Receiving Feedback, Leading Change and Performance Conversations for Middle Managers.

    Jombay runs a yearly development journey for First Time Managers as they move from being Individual Contributors to People Managers.
