USEReady is a data and analytics firm. In keeping with their core values, USEReady wanted to enable continuous improvement & development of their High Potential Senior Managers. They had also identified key organizational leadership themes that were important to them – Collaboration, Communication & Influencing and Nurturing People. 

To accelerate the leadership development for USEReady’s leadership team, Jombay deployed an End to End talent intervention that included: 

> Pre-Program 360 degree feedback exercise (which received an NPS of 9!) to help the client determine development areas within the Organizational Leadership Themes for their Senior Managers.
 

> Leadership Development Program on the identified set of competencies. This focussed 3 month learning journey included a series of virtual classes and group coaching interventions. It ensured focussed transformation on the themes that were important to the organization and the individual.

 

> Post-Program 360 degree feedback exercise to close the loop and get a pulse of the transformation as observed by peers, managers and self.
