Linde is a leading global industrial gases and engineering company. We have been working with them to implement a number of talent interventions to ensure that the organizational strategy was being communicated and built in across teams. Here are details of 2 recent interventions –
1) CAREER PROGRESSION OF GENERAL MANAGERS & SENIOR MANAGERS THROUGH A HYBRID ASSESSMENT CENTER
Jombay deployed an immersive Hybrid Assessment Center for this audience to provide insights for career progression. (Thrilled to have gotten an NPS of 9!) Some things that ensured continuous reiteration of the organizational context were:
> Linde Org Values as base for Assessment Center design
> Role Specific Assessment Configurations
> Holistic Assessment Experience through a Personality Assessment (SOSIE/HOGAN), Behavioral Assessments and Simulations.
> Individual and Exercise Summary Reports to supply insights
2) MANAGERIAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM ON “BECOMING A HIGH PERFORMANCE LEADER”
Jombay is running this immersive 6 month long development program for Engineers from the Application Technology Sales Team. Some things that ensured continuous reiteration of the organizational context were:
> Role specific competencies as base for program design. Competencies such as Growth Mindset, Building Customer Relationships, Executive Presence & Presentation Skills were identified as being important to this cohort. The development program was made contextual to this need.
> Holistic Development Experience through a series of 8 virtual classes and a digital learning journey. Early reactions have told us that 92% Participants found the journey helped them develop a growth mindset & manage customer relationships better!
