Responsibilities

  • Will be leading the sales function in India.

  • Monitoring the effectiveness of sales efforts and ensuring that they are aligned with the overall business objectives.

  • Communicate and maintain trust relationships with stakeholders, business partners , customers and the authorities

  • Will be responsible for assisting the sales department in driving sales growth strategies and ensuring that these strategies are adopted in all levels of the department.

  • In this position, the Head of National Sales will be creating processes that enable visible and transparent management and that utilize the available tools or implement new ones that bring about increased sales effectiveness.

  • Responsible for ensuring proper sales training initiatives as well as overseeing the planning and management for roles, responsibilities, values, and rules of engagement in the sales department

  • Responsible for developing improvement plans that are based on sales performance reports and surveys.

Key Requirements

  • MBA or masters from premier B-Schools

  • Preferred industry background is IT or assessment sales

  • Candidate must have over 10 years in working experience in a sales operation department of a business in a fast-paced and highly competitive environment.

  • The Head of Sales must also demonstrate proficiency in the use of Ms Word, Ms Excel, PowerPoint, which are necessary in the creation of visually and verbally engaging reports and presentations

Jombay is looking for smart Learning and Development consultants who will work out of their Pune headquarters and will run play an end-to-end role for Jombay’s path-breaking Learning and Development journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a program manager to Jombay’s customers on development journeys which are delivered in a hybrid manner – facilitator led classroom and practice coach led online interventions for a period of 6 to 9 months

  • Day to day accounting tasks such a journal entries for sales, purchases, payments, bank reconciliation, fund flow statements, etc.

  • Following-up for collections on outstanding and overdue payments.
  • Accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year-end close for accounting and requisite statutory compliances.
