I wanted to bring you some highlights of the Assessment & Development centers we have lined up this month as 2021 comes to a close. A mix of interesting stakeholders and use cases means our teams are really looking forward to these rollouts 🙂 These ADCs are conducted virtually, with a combination of automated and assessor led tools on Jombay’s Assessment Center technology platform.
1> RBL BANK (An Indian private sector bank that provides services across 6 verticals) wants to identify the strengths and development areas of 1500 People Leaders & ICs.
Jombay is deploying a virtual assessment center using the 27 FORTE Personality Assessment to assess competencies such as Empathy, Managing Relationships, Self Knowledge, Self Regulation.
2> HINDALCO (an Indian aluminium and copper manufacturing company, part of the Aditya Birla Group) wants to run a development center to identify the strengths and development areas of around 1000 Supervisors & ICs. A competency matrix of Gets Results, Communicates to Influence and Engage, Develops Self and Team, Teamwork and Collaboration, Innovates and Improves, Customer Focus, Personal Characteristics has been identified.
Jombay is deploying a Hybrid Assessment Center using a tool mix of Adept 15, Critical Thinking Assessment, Group Activity, Behavioral Event Interview and a Case study. This mix of auto-scored and assessor-scored tools will be delivered on a single candidate dashboard to elevate & modernize the experience for assessment takers.
Individual reports, a Stack Ranking Report, a Group Report Debrief and Group Analytics Report will help the client and the candidates to infer actionable insights from the exercise.
3> QUANTIPHI (an award-winning applied AI, data science software & services company) wants to run a development center to identify the strengths and development areas of 268 First Time Managers.
Jombay is deploying a Virtual Assessment Center, using a custom Situational Judgement Test. The assessment takers will be assessed on competencies such as – Propelling Partnerships, Thought and Change, Leading People. Individual reports, a Stack Ranking report, a Report Group Debrief for the candidates and a Report Interpretation Guide will close the loop.
4> And to end with a recently concluded project – TATA MOTOR FINANCE (One of the largest and oldest commercial and personal vehicle loan providers in India) wanted to conduct an Assessment Center called “The Complete Banker” for 158 Middle Managers across various functions. The objective of this intervention was to identify development areas and select a pool of participants to undergo a development journey.
Jombay deployed an assessment-development center to identify managerial potential on competencies such as Financial Proficiency, People Skill & Leadership, Process & Customer Centricity. The tool mix included a SOSIE Personality Assessment, Inbox (Day in Life) Simulation, Leadership Challenges Series and a Case Study. These were delivered on a single candidate dashboard to elevate & modernize the experience for assessment takers. A Stack Ranking report, Individual Reports and a Virtual Group Report Debrief helped to close the loop and inform the development journey for a select pool of candidates. An NPS rating of 9 from the client was an indicator of a successful partnership & project.
